Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours from our nearest warehouse within the continental U.S.

We ship ground whenever possible. Certain oversize items ship by their dimensional weight and shipping charges will be calculated once your order is placed.

Equipment, scales, carts and any orders more than 350 lbs. may be subject to actual shipping charges or LTL freight charges. Additional fees will apply to shipments containing hazardous materials.

All orders are FOB Shipping Point.  

Returns:

Creative MedConnect offers a 30-day return policy to customers that comply with the terms of this policy. We will exchange or reimburse you for the cost of product (excluding freight) for any item returned within 30 days. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required for all returned merchandise. Goods received without prior authorization will be subject to review and credit may be denied. You may obtain a RAN by e-mailing Creative MedConnect at returns@creativemedconnect.com. A 25% re-stocking fee may also apply depending on the item. Items must be received in unopened, not expired, with original packaging intact and unused and in salable condition.

Custom ordered items are non-returnable. Returns may be rejected due to the physical condition of the items received in the warehouse. Parts are not returnable for credit. For health reasons, non-returnable items include some bath safety products and personal use items (bath aids, commodes, bath benches, shower chairs, etc.).

Creative MedConnect reserves the right to make the final determination as to whether the specific warranty is applicable to the returned item. We retain the right to use discretion as to whether the product under warranty will be replaced. Certain larger items may not be returnable.
